2. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews, maintenance of recruitment records, applicant tracking system (ATS)
3. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information and assistance
