About the internship
Our toy manufacturing start-up is looking for new design members who are just as passionate about playtime as we are. Nestled in Gujarat, our office fuels creativity for leading brands like Hamleys, Reliance Entertainment, FirstCry, and Flipkart. Our focus areas include product design, packaging design, and brand visuals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, the website, LinkedIn, and YouTube
2. Create, curate, and edit posts, reels, banners, posters, and ad campaigns in line with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging for all the platforms, including our website
3. Coordinate with Instagram and YouTube influencers on collaborations and partnerships to enhance product visibility and reach
4. Edit videos and other multimedia content for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality and engaging visuals
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches
6. Develop and implement content strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth
7. Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities
8. Analyze key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of social media efforts and make data-driven decisions

Other requirements
1. Pursuing marketing, communications, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a social media creator or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic video editing
5. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
7. A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication
8. Experience in influencer marketing and community management is a plus
