About the internship

1. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and employee branding initiatives.
2. Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to develop employer/talent branding strategies that attract top talent.
3. Create engaging content for internal and external communications, including social media posts, blog articles, and employee testimonials.
4. Monitor and analyze feedback to continuously improve our employer's brand perception.
5. Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute employee events, town halls, and workshops.

2. Keen attention to detail.
3. Works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals; solicits input by genuinely valuing others ideas and expertise; is willing to learn from others and take initiative.

Other requirements

1. A bachelors or masters degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

2. A genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR, demonstrated through coursework, previous internship experience, or relevant HR-related activities.

3. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Availability to work full-time for the duration of the internship period.
