Human Resources (HR) Internship

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training activities
3. Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
4. Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
5. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, employee engagement programs, and performance management processes
6. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and responding to inquiries
7. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the HR function
8. Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing the overall employee experience at Valac Digital

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
