About the internship

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support: Assist in job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants. Learn to use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and assist in maintaining candidate databases
2. Onboarding Assistance: Aid in preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions for new hires, and ensuring new employees have the necessary paperwork completed. Shadow HR professionals during the onboarding process to understand best practices.
3. HR Administration: Supports various administrative tasks such as organizing employee files, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents like offer letters, contracts, and HR policies.
4. Employee Relations: Observe and participate in resolving employee concerns, grievances, or conflicts under HR supervision. Learn about maintaining positive employee relations and promoting a healthy work environment.
5. Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees. Help coordinate logistics, track attendance, and gather feedback to improve training effectiveness.
6. Performance Management: Learn about performance appraisal processes and assist in maintaining performance review schedules, gathering performance data, and compiling reports for HR managers.
7. Compliance Assistance: Support HR staff in ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations. Participate in audits, gather relevant documentation, and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
8. HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, or process improvement projects. Assist in research, data collection, and analysis under HR guidance.
