About the internship
As a HR intern at Conscript Company, you will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in the field of Human Resources while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is knowledgeable in recruitment, possesses excellent spoken and written English proficiency, and is proficient in MS-Excel and MS-Office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
2. Collaborate with HR team to update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding process.
4. Support HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training programs and events.
5. Assist in maintaining HR databases by entering new employee information and updating existing records.
6. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations by collecting and analyzing data.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as handling phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents.
