About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensure hardware, servers, and systems are operational, monitoring integrity and availability daily.
2. Promptly troubleshoot and escalate hardware, software, and network issues as needed.
3. Install, configure, and maintain network devices, including servers, workstations, printers, routers, and switches.
4. Manage user accounts, permissions, email, antivirus, and anti-spam solutions.
5. Administer Office 365 tenant, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings, and troubleshoot related services.
6. Configure and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, group policies, DNS, and DHCP.
7. Implement security measures to protect Office 365 and Active Directory environments from unauthorized access and data breaches.
8. Maintain and troubleshoot the Local Area Network (LAN) for reliability and efficiency.
9. Perform network maintenance, system upgrades, and security configurations.
10. Configure and maintain Wireless LAN controller and access points, including DHCP configuration and upgrade procedures.
11. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for IT-related concerns.
12. Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures for compliance and protection of intellectual property.
13. Configure, monitor and maintain security tools such as FortiClient Endpoint Solution, Data Loss Prevention Solution, and Firewalls.
14. Audit access controls and security measures to ensure data confidentiality.
15. Conduct security awareness training for employees and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including investigation and resolution.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, IPv4 & IPv6 etc.).
4. Strong knowledge of Cyber Security concepts like (CIA Triad, Encryption, Access Control, Data Security, etc.)
5. Hands-on experience in managing domain controllers, firewalls, switches, DLP is a Plus.
6. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Security+, A+) are a plus.

About Manastu Space Technologies
We believe that due to limited resources on the planet, there is a need to look out for an alternative to solve our problems and that another side is space. This option is viable only if we have low-cost and sustainable access to space. Manastu Space is working with the exact vision of reducing the cost of access to space.
At Manastu Space Technologies, we are working on the concept of monopropellant thruster based on hydrogen peroxide: 30% higher specific impulse and 40 times less toxic (non-carcinogenic) as compared to regular hydrazine-based mono-propellant thrusters, which can hence be a potential green alternative to the current monopropellant propulsion technology.
The key areas in which we are currently working on are the development of a high-temperature catalyst bed that goes into the combustion chamber and facilitates combustion. The catalyst development entails the development of high-temperature ceramics & coating of ceramic with active metal nanoparticles.
