Recruitment
1. Identify potential candidates and create shortlists for interview processes, focusing on intern roles
2. Conduct preliminary discussions with applicants to assess their fit and interest in internship opportunities
3. Handle all candidate correspondence, including offer and rejection notices, with professionalism and timeliness.
4. Ensure the attainment of monthly hiring goals.
5. Oversee the orientation and integration of new hires.
Data Management
6. Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of applicant data and records.
7. Assist in compiling audit findings, preparing reports, and presenting recommendations to ensure compliance with procedures.
8. Any other responsibilities as delegated by HR Team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or studying toward a degree in HRM or a related field
2. Good communication & strong professionalism
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, and Excel.
4. Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency to achieve targets.
