Experience : 0-1 year (minimum in Education/Sales Counseling) will be a plus for Interns
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate with any short-term -professional/ vocational qualifications. (MBA Preferred)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calling up and counseling prospective students about AND Academy and its program offerings through database and use of ERP
2. Calling target minimum of 80-90 calls in a day and follow up on calls.
3. Work on lead generation as per assigned targets.
4. Conduct information sessions with parents and prospective students at various platforms, campus walk-ins, and over the phone.
5. Work towards individual targets and admission targets set by the team leader.
6. Manage on-campus activities such as campus visits, workshops etc.
7. Use the customer relationship management system to manage and regularly update prospective student accounts
8. Contribute to the overall success and growth of AND Academy Pvt. Ltd. through your passion for education and commitment to student success.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year
